Using a central AI manager, this workflow automatically routes user messages to specialized sub-agents (Task, Note, or Reminder). The system leverages lightning-fast Groq (Llama 3) models to extract key details—like due dates, priorities, and topics—and logs them directly into organized Google Sheets.
