2026 Calendar

It was in 2020 - in a the middle of Covid 19 quarentene - that I have decided to create a personal project to use all I was learning about lettering and to play a little bit with my design skills.

Since then, I have been creating calendars from scratch: I choose a theme, draw all the letters, vectorize them, and put together in a calendar.

For 2026, the creative path was supported by the tiredness that everyone feels in the end of the year (same period that I was creating this project).

Starting with freehand drawings on the iPad, I chose a style that flirts with Art Deco, but with some unique features. After the sketch, I began vectorizing and making some minor adjustments to the lettering, also choosing some options from what I had drawn before.
