Homepage
Worked closely with the client and a web development agency, to improve the usability and visual aesthetics of the Ergodotisi job search site, as well as the dashboard web app for both employers and job seekers.
The client
Ergodotisi is the leading job board in Cyprus, with over 200,000 unique visitors per month and over 15,000 registered companies in Cyprus and Greece.
My role
I was brought in half-way into the project, to transform over 175 low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity, polished screens, render key screens for mobile, as well as make UX improvements to simplify user flows wherever needed.
The outcome
In less than 2 months, we were able to deliver a fully revamped job search website, dashboard web app for both employers and job seekers across desktop and mobile.
Design highlights
Pricing page with clear service offerings
Customisable company profile
Giving employers to ability to customise their company page, will not only help differentiate themselves from their competitors, but will likely make companies more invested in using the ergodotisi platform. This is also known as the "IKEA effect".

Improved job listing browsing experience
Moved filters at the top of the page, exposed primary filters for greater prominence and hid secondary ones under the more filters button. This helped create more space on the page to add a navigation rail for job cards and a job preview card.

Making ads feel less intrusive
Re-arranged and adjusted certain ad types (square) too ensure that Ergodotisi’s ad partners are satisfied with the available ad placements across the site, whilst ensuring that job seekers reading experience isn’t compromised.
