We wanted to create an amazing mobile app that makes ordering sushi and other Japanese delights a fast and enjoyable journey---let's be real, after working long hours, you probably find yourself craving a luxury experience...and then you find out that it's difficult to get anything but fast food.

1. Diving into User Research:

Interviews and Surveys: We embarked on very enlightening conversations with approx. 50 loyal MakiMove aficionados and about 25 curious potential customers. Our mission was to, in short, figure out what the heck was going on! What were their ordering rituals like? Did they like the taste of the food when it came to considering the cost and convenience levels? and frustrations with currently available food delivery platforms.

Competitive Analysis: We researched top-tier food delivery apps, dissecting their user experiences to spot the highs and lows. We zoomed in on things like seamless navigation, tailored experiences, aesthetic allure, etc, etc. What was their secret sauce? (No pun intended).
