How I turned a local tradesman's website into an automated booking engine.
The Problem: Missed Leads & Wasted Time
For a mobile tradesman, answering the phone is a bottleneck. The old ProSharp website was basically a digital flyer with a phone number. Every time the owner was driving or sharpening a knife, he couldn't answer the phone, which meant missed leads and lost revenue. He needed a website that actually worked for him.

The Design: Premium Positioning
My goal was to separate ProSharp from generic, cheap competitors. I moved the brand to a dark, minimal layout with cinematic scroll animations. This instantly shifts the vibe from a "standard local service" to a premium, artisanal craft. When a business looks high-end, customers trust it more and are willing to pay for quality.

The Engine: 24/7 Automated Booking
Looking premium is only half the job. I needed to fix the booking bottleneck. I built an AI concierge directly into the site. Instead of filling out a clunky contact form or playing phone tag, customers just chat with the widget.
ProSharp AI Concierge Workflow
The AI qualifies the lead, gets their address, and confirms a time. Once the customer confirms, the system automatically:
Sends a branded confirmation email to the customer.
Syncs the appointment directly to the owner’s Google Calendar and Google Sheets.
The Result: Zero Admin Work
The new ProSharp site fundamentally changes how the business operates. It’s an invisible employee that captures 100% of leads and manages the calendar while the owner is actually out working.
Even better, because the AI captures customer emails during booking, it builds a CRM in the background. Now, when he does a pop-up event, he can send one email blast to past customers and guarantee a line before he even parks.
A website shouldn't just be a digital business card. It should be a 24/7 sales engine.
