Welltory is a data-driven health and wellness app. The first interaction a user has with the app is crucial. My goal was to create a visually engaging, friendly, and absolutely seamless onboarding experience that guides users through the app's core value without overwhelming them.

Mobile onboardings often suffer from high drop-off rates due to heavy, laggy animations or boring static screens. The challenge was to design fluid, high-quality animations that tell a story screen-by-screen, while keeping the app size minimal and performance strictly optimized.

The onboarding flow achieved a spectacular metric: practically zero drop-offs between screens. The smooth, lightweight Rive animations played a key role in keeping users engaged and motivated to complete the setup process, proving that great motion design directly impacts business metrics.
