In this project, in partnership with the Brazilian digital marketing agency Você Ligado, I helped to launch a software and training course that generated revenue exceeding R$ 250,000, marking a significant financial success for a new market offering.
Product Launch Execution: Spearheaded the launch of this new product, which was a software and training course, as well as a comprehensive Copywriting Course, effectively bringing them to market.
Customer Conversion Funnel Management: Oversaw the entire customer lifecycle, driving impactful experimentation and optimization across various digital channels such as advertising, landing pages, social media, email marketing, adoption programs, and reactivation strategies.
Team Management: Led a multidisciplinary marketing team, including content writers, social media managers, and designers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
