LinkedIn Template Design - Hilfort B.V.

For Hilfort B.V., a company providing payroll, recruitment, and consultancy services for expats, I created a set of LinkedIn templates. The aim was to give their team a flexible and professional system to communicate consistently on LinkedIn, whether announcing services, welcoming new employees, or sharing updates.

I started with a new LinkedIn company header to give Hilfort a strong branded presence at the top of their profile. From there, I designed a library of LinkedIn post templates covering the different types of content they regularly publish.

The templates included employee introductions, testimonials, blog posts, service explainers, milestones, FAQs, important dates, news updates, and expat-focused content. To make posts more engaging, I also designed carousel templates, allowing Hilfort to break down complex topics (like payroll rules or legal updates) into step-by-step slides.

All templates were created with reusability in mind, so the team could easily adapt them for new content while keeping a consistent visual identity.

Hilfort now has a complete LinkedIn toolkit of reusable templates for all types of posts. This system saves time, ensures consistency, and gives the company a polished, professional look across every communication.
