Introduction
The UAE Presidential Court (PC Insights) needed a streamlined solution to manage its real estate portfolio. The challenge was to develop a user-friendly web and mobile app that allows employees to effortlessly maintain and allocate properties, whether sold, under construction or rented.

Property Management: Track properties that are sold, under construction, or rented, including pricing details.

Design Process
Low-fidelity wireframes to gather feedback from the users.
The challenge here was that we weren't allowed to see the old design or interview employees about their challenges and needs. We were allotted(after much pleading) a representative who gave us the overview and the challenges faced by them.
The overview led us to develop low-fidelity wireframes to map out the user flow. And on gathering their feedback, iteration rounds began.
After rounds of iteration, we jumped to creating high-fidelity prototypes focusing on flat design principles.
After a week, we were able to roll out the Final UI design just for the app. The week that followed gave us the freedom to now focus on the web app and the responsive designs for the same.
Final Design
Web App
Dashboard: Overview of all properties with status indicators (sold, under construction, rented).
Property Details: Detailed view of each property, including pricing and booking information.
Allocation Interface: Simple tool for employers to allocate properties to employees.
Mobile App
Responsive Design: Ensured seamless transition from web to mobile.
Touch-Friendly Navigation: Large buttons and swipe gestures for ease of use on smaller screens.
Real-Time Updates: Instant updates on property status and bookings.
Analytics to keep track of every tiny detail on a single page.

Positive Feedback: Employees(mostly what we heard from the point of contact) appreciated the clean, modern interface and the app’s intuitive functionality.

Conclusion
The Real-Estate Management App for the UAE Presidential Court was a testament to our power of efficient design under tight deadlines. By embracing a flat design approach, we delivered a sleek, user-friendly solution that met the client's needs and exceeded their expectations.
