In the 90's my partners and I took a software development start-up to IPO in six years. The exit was when we where acquired by a larger conglomerate where I worked as a divisional manager for many years. I understand business and technology. I have developed and proven the PPSS business development methodology over the years and used it to assist business development from start-up to social media dominance. The methodology consists of 4 frameworks and each framework has defined work items. The 4 frameworks interlock and cover:

Defining an operating model (which is different to a business model)
Plotting an AI roadmap
Developing a social media marketing strategy
