What I did:

Solved product discovery to drive an online community of 5000+ IT solution resellers.

Improved DAU and MAU by 6%, achieved 25k downloads in 3 months.

In charge of product development to understand leakages & seal the gaps by strategizing & implementing while working in cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering & Business).

Assisted in overall business growth & scaling of the product using funnel creation, A/B testing, and first principle techniques. Improved App engagement by 3%.
