What I did:
▪ Led strategic direction, and product positioning, studied competition and consumer analytics to crack the product features
▪ Identified product distribution channels and executed GTM plans for the category in areas of price, promotion, and product mix through intensive performance marketing and other offline marketing campaigns
▪ Managed and tracked sales enablement with analytics, increased efficiency by 200%
▪ Built a strong product to drive P&L - top-line by 100% and market share by 7%
