✨ The Spark

Jake Food set out to revolutionize meal replacements; introducing shakes as full meal replacements. There was just one challenge; with so many product options; which one is right for you? Read on how to learn how this problem was solved.

💯 The Stats

Timeline: 2 months
Team: 1 UX/UI designer, 1 marketing manager
Deliverables: a new product selection wizard

💡 The Process

There is a Jake shake for everyone, but which one is right for you? Answering this question was the objective of the project. Research had shown that customers had many questions and struggled to choose the product that was right for them.
To answer the main question I analyzed all of Jake's products and mapped them out in a decision tree. This decision tree was converted into a series of simple questions, which would be presented to the user. Answering these questions would lead to a product recommendation for each and every visitor.

🚀 The Outcome

The new product selection flow proved simple yet powerful; it transformed a complex decision making process into a simple process that anyone could follow. Some screens from the flow can be seen below.
