From backend development to full-stack contribution
I joined Defined.ai’s Magento project as a backend developer. Over time, my responsibilities expanded to include frontend work, and I continued contributing as a full-stack developer within the existing team.
An expanding development role
My initial focus was backend implementation. As my involvement grew, I took on work across both the backend and the user-facing interface, contributing to the ongoing development of the project.
Multiple stages of review
Changes went through several approval stages. QA within my company checked the work, followed by additional review and approval from a developer and QA on the client’s side.
This required coordinating changes across teams and addressing feedback through successive review rounds.
My contribution
Backend and frontend development within an established Magento project, with responsibility expanding over time and work delivered through a shared review and approval process.
