EMMER is a single-origin heritage grain bakery built for Delhi NCR — a city of 30 million people where the air is toxic, the food chain is compromised, and most people are unknowingly eating adulterated bread every single morning. This project is a full brand strategy and visual identity system built around one truth — EMMER isn't a bakery. It's a sanctuary. Starting with deep audience research and ICP development, the brand was designed for two distinct people — the health-conscious urban professional who reads every ingredient label, and the sophisticated host who understands that what sits on the table signals taste. Every visual decision followed the strategy. Nothing came before it. The identity system includes logo design, typography, colour palette, packaging design, brand collateral, retail experience concept, and brand voice — all rooted in the ancestral lineage of Khapli wheat, 36-hour slow fermentation, and radical ingredient transparency.
