6 Weeks Posting Schedule

The above schedule was used to post to a Facebook group so that the coaching staff could continue the health and fitness conversation with Bootcamp participants during the six-week program when they weren't at the gym.

Topics ranged from healthy hydration tips, simple ways to track your nutrition and not lose your mind, to accountability plans outside of the Bootcamp to keep moving forward.
