This project aims to imagine feminist humanitarian action put into practice, showing the complexity of conflicts and crises, and imagining feminist, just and more equitable humanitarian action. You can read more about the project case study in my blog post on Shaping the Birth of a New World, here. Together with her team, we wanted to shape what the future would look like. We created an image that shows a female figure whose shape is a consequence and origin of multiple forms that generate feminist humanitarian action. These include plural feminisms and access to essential basic services, such as sexual and reproductive health, education and climate justice. Also the search for a critical dialogue to reflect on the structural causes of the disproportionate impact of crises and disasters on women.
