Automated Team Diagnostics for Growthnomica

Client: Growthnomica is a company focused on team performance and well-being. They specialize in diagnostics and consulting services that help organizations build healthier, more effective teams. Challenge: Growthnomica’s diagnostics process involved manually evaluating teams across 10 key well-being parameters—a time-consuming process that took 10–15 hours per client. They needed a faster, scalable, and partially automated solution without sacrificing quality. Solution: In just 2 weeks, we developed a full-stack MVP that automated the diagnostics workflow, using the following technologies and features: • Supabase: Used for authentication, database management, and admin tools. • Custom Admin Panel: Enables Growthnomica’s team to manage diagnostics and access insights easily. • OpenAI Integration: Performs multi-step GPT-based analysis to evaluate responses. • Automated PDF Reports: Branded summaries are generated instantly for each diagnostic. Result: The solution reduced processing time from 10–15 hours to under 1 hour. It also enabled scalable diagnostics with the flexibility to include manual expert review when needed.
