Solving Real Educational Challenges: How User Research Transformed Exam Prep for Nigerian Students:
Identified a critical gap in EdTech through stakeholder interviews, students were memorizing without understanding. Led end-to-end UX research and product strategy to redesign the learning experience, resulting in a platform that prioritizes comprehension over rote learning for thousands of WAEC, NECO, and JAMB candidates.

Executed comprehensive user interviews across Edo State (ages 15-18, diverse academic streams) to understand exam prep behaviors and frustrations.
Key insight:
Students needed contextual learning support, not just question banks, a discovery that became the foundation for our UX strategy and feature prioritization.

Designed intelligent subject filtering system based on user profiles (exam type + course selection). Applied UX principles of progressive disclosure and personalization to eliminate irrelevant content, improving focus and reducing decision fatigue
