Pitchy: Brand Assets & Design Production

Pitchy is a B2B SaaS company that makes video creation accessible to anyone, regardless of technical skill. When I joined as a Graphic Design intern for 6 months, the company was in the middle of a massive rebrand. An agency had delivered the new visual identity, but everything downstream still needed to be built: the templates, the asset library, the production workflow.

Translating the rebrand into tools

My job was to take what the agency gave us and turn it into something the whole company could actually use. I designed over 100 promotional visuals for webinars and replays, created static and motion design assets for Performance Max campaigns reaching over 500,000 impressions, and built an ebook layout template used across client deliverables. I also ran monthly competitor audits covering 10+ brands, analyzing both visual identity and social media presence.
But the higher-leverage work was building the infrastructure: a centralized Figma asset library and a set of reusable templates that gave every team brand-compliant resources without needing to file a design request.

Handing it off

Before I left, I trained non-designer colleagues to use the system themselves. The result: recurring asset requests that used to land on the design team's plate were completely eliminated. Teams could self-serve on-brand materials without waiting on a designer.
