AI Outreach System

My client is a building company that finds struggling business owners and helps them for profit. I was contacted to help design and integrate an outreach system.

First, I used Bardeen AI to scrape the names of the clients from the given directories.

Secondly, I created and formatted a reusable Google Sheets spreadsheet to store said data.

Thirdly, I used a ChatGPT plugin for Google Sheets to create personalized outreach messages for the potential clients.

Fourthly, I used mail merging to automatically send emails to the clients using a template that attaches the personalized message.

This project is a work in progress, but I hope to increase my clients outreach efficency with this system.
