This was a concept apartment project done as part of a practice course with Oficina3D Academy. The goal was to explore how lighting, materials, and mood can completely transform an interior. I focused on architectural visualization (ArchViz) to deliver designs that feel both modern and lived-in.
Strategic Challenge
Balancing realism and atmosphere in interior design requires more than just accurate modeling—it demands subtlety in lighting, material reflections, and shadow play. The challenge was to make the space feel believable while giving it character and a strong visual identity.
Creative Execution
Modeled the apartment interior in 3ds Max.
Used Corona Renderer for high quality lighting, soft shadows, and realistic materials.
Post-processed in Photoshop to refine textures, color tones, and final ambiance.
Iterated lighting setups and materials to get variety in mood: warm, neutral, and dramatic.
Results & Impact
Achieved a set of renders that convincingly show how the space feels in different lighting scenarios.
Improved my ArchViz skills: material handling, lighting setups & atmosphere control.
Useful ejercicio personal que también puede servir como portfolio piece, demostrando maestría técnica + sensibilidad estética.
