Project Overview

Aevum is a productivity platform built for remote workers and digital nomads. I designed a full launch email from scratch including brand identity, visual direction, copy, and layout.
The goal was to push further than a standard email template and explore what happens when you treat an email like an editorial piece.

My Role

Designed a complete email concept from scratch, leading every stage of the process: brand visual identity, tone of voice, copywriting, and layout.
Developed Aevum's visual identity and brand language from the ground up, including color palette, typography and overall aesthetic.
Researched the target audience, positioning and market context to inform creative decisions.
Wrote all copy as part of the design process, not as an afterthought.
Directed the hero visual concept, using AI image generation as a support tool within the creative workflow.

Key Design Considerations

Editorial over template: This email was designed to feel like a piece of art direction. The dark atmosphere, typographic hierarchy, and cinematic hero image were all deliberate decisions to make Aevum feel premium and different from every other productivity tool in the market.
Conversion-driven structure: Every design decision was backed by a clear objective. Single CTA, logical content hierarchy, and benefit-driven copy ensure the email moves the reader toward one action without sacrificing the visual experience.
