This is a modern, minimalist news app, designed for users who prefer bite-sized, scrollable news updates. The goal was to create a visually digestible experience that enhances reading speed and user retention.
My Role:
I handled the end-to-end UI/UX design process — from user flow mapping to high-fidelity screen designs. This included onboarding screens, article previews, full news cards, bookmarking, and category filters.
Design Focus Areas:
Clean and intuitive vertical scroll feed
Bold typography for quick readability
Swipe gestures to like, save, and share
Results:
The design was well-received in user testing, with feedback highlighting the ease of navigation and clutter-free reading experience. I later used this project to showcase interaction design principles in a design interview.
