Challenge:

Artpointone had strong traffic but weak conversions, 2.2% mobile, 5% desktop. Users were abandoning at product pages.

My Approach:

Conducted UX audit analyzing heatmaps, session recordings, and 260+ UX best practices
Identified 29 critical friction points (unclear MagSafe info, missing urgency, poor mobile nav)
Redesigned mobile-first experience with clear CTAs, urgency messaging, and enhanced product clarity
Implemented cart optimization with progress bars and persistent cart for returning users
Used real-time funnel monitoring instead of slow A/B testing for faster iteration

Results (3 months):

Mobile conversions: 2.2% - 4.5% (104% increase)
Desktop conversions: 5% - 7% (40% increase)
Sales increased: 1,468 - 3,004 units on mobile
AOV improved by 13.2%
Significant drop in cart abandonment
