A 2-week sprint to respond to the demands of a global lockdown

Through a series of interviews and workshops held with the company's key decision-makers, we identified that the purpose of the site would be to a) establish the legitimacy of the company by including its history and government-mandated qualifications, b) outline the scope of its services, c) provide contact information for inquiry and partnerships.

Learning about the company's services guided how we designed the site's information architecture. We identified four categories of information which became the pages of the site.

The homepage presented sections that gave overviews of the site pages. The company's history, mission, vision, purpose, and objective were shown on the About page. Badges of their affiliations were also included. The scope of services was categorized as manpower, recruitment, and deployment — these comprise the Services page. The site's contact page contained the company's contact information. The hero sections on all pages, along with the navigation had a bright "Contact Us" button that guided prospective agency partners to the Contact page.

Clarity from the workshops gave the company's decision-makers confidence in launching their digitalization initiative. It also streamlined the design and development process. It was not only modern in visual identity, but also in infrastructure. We built the site on Webflow. The visual design editor on the platform made the development process faster. It also allowed other members of the team to update content without needing more complicated coding knowledge. With the new site, the company fulfilled its digitalization initiative as promptly as the circumstances allowed.
