A workflow that reads every client enquiry that lands in Gmail. An LLM pulls out the details, logs the lead in Airtable, and replies on its own when something is missing.
Approvals run in the same thread, so the team sees each lead and its messages in one place. A person now handles only the few enquiries the LLM can't. Built in n8n, with an LLM prompt for each step.
