I once worked for Bravo Store Systems, a POS tech company that provides pawnshops and Firearm sellers a sort of all-in-one software for all their transaction and sales tracking needs.
I was tasked with installing the software, assisting customers with software errors, alleviating confusion, and helping set up computer environments for the software to be installed. Once, when many of my fellow agents were off on lunch or break time, I was tasked with a case where I had to set up seven computers and install the software on all of them.
Despite the customer's expectation of a full day's work, I managed to complete the task in under 5 hours. The customer was not only satisfied but also impressed with my efficiency. This was evident when my manager reviewed the call the next day and was taken aback by the customer's high praise and gratitude for my efforts.
He was initially hesitant to commit to the service, seeing how much work he'd have to do, but after my help, he's a repeat customer of that business to this day.
