They needed a complete homepage redesign to shift from a playful mascot-led style to a more professional, data-driven presence that would build trust and drive conversions.

Redesigning the site in Figma — creating a clean, modern aesthetic that put data first, with structured deal cards, retailer credibility, and AI-powered recommendations surfaced directly in the hero section.

Reworking the information hierarchy — highlighting real-time deals, price history, and social proof, while simplifying navigation and ensuring CTAs had clear priority across the page.

Refining the messaging — shifting the tone from playful to authoritative, with stronger headlines like “Never Overpay for a Gaming Laptop Again” and trust-building copy such as “Why 50,000+ Gamers Trust Us.”

Building brand credibility — removing over-reliance on mascots, introducing neutral colours with strong accent signals for pricing, and restructuring content to reflect authority and reliability.

The project successfully repositioned IsThisADeal as a trusted platform for high-stakes purchase decisions, striking a balance between credibility and gamer-friendly clarity, and providing a strong foundation for user growth and conversions.
