I turned long-form conversations into 12 short videos for YouTube and LinkedIn, using Commsor’s dinosaur characters to help explain the ideas. My work combined clip selection, editing, and original animated compositions built around the brand’s existing visual world.
Dinosaur characters and custom compositions support the speaker’s explanation.
Project at a glance
Brand: Commsor
My role: Editorial selection, video editing, motion design, and 2D animation
Delivered: 12 short videos for YouTube and LinkedIn
The brief
The source footage covered sales and marketing topics that needed context to make sense. Each short had to communicate a useful idea on its own, with animation supporting the speaker’s message and staying within Commsor’s brand guidelines.
Editing decisions
Choose a complete idea
I reviewed the longer recordings and selected passages that could work as self-contained clips. The edit focused each video on a specific point, giving the viewer enough context to follow the argument without watching the full conversation.
Give the explanation a visual form
I used the Dino characters to build scenes around the message. Working with supplied brand assets and new graphics, I designed and animated compositions that gave abstract sales and marketing ideas a concrete visual reference.
Keep the speaker and animation working together
I combined the edited dialogue with captions, motion graphics, music, and sound effects. The visual changes followed the explanation, while audio cleanup and timing kept the conversation clear through the transitions.
What I delivered
The finished bundle contained 12 short videos with branded character animation and motion graphics. The examples below show how I carried Commsor’s visual identity across different topics while giving each clip its own explanation.
