My representation in modern style of the famous painting "Les amants" by René Magritte.
Process
For the realization of this project I developed an idea by writing on paper the various steps to follow to complete the project:
I found two models to which to propose the project.
The two models during the photo shooting aimed at the realization of the project.
I described my idea in detail in order to convey it in the best way to the people with whom I would then have to work to make it happen.
I prepared what I needed;
Modern clothing, but in line with that represented in the original work.
Two white veils to wrap carefully around the subjects' faces, taking care not to obstruct their breathing.
I have organized the meeting by going with the models to the photo studio.
I dressed and took care of the visual aspect of the subjects in order to make it conform to the idea elaborated at the start.

I have organized the photographic set using a backdrop, manage the lights and position the subjects in the correct pose.
I used my camera to take the necessary photo shots.
Me in the photographic studio during the day dedicated to the shooting.
I went through all the shots and extrapolated the best one to use for the project.
I dedicated myself to post-production using Adobe Photoshop.
Results
The final result is an exact representation of "Les amants", the famous 1928 painting by René Magritte.
With the difference that it is represented through a modern style, a revisited style with the aim of taking up René's message.
A message launched by two young lovers of our times.
Lovers who, years later, experience the same discomfort, the same impossibility of love, the same achievement that never happens, the same continuously disappointed expectation that lovers of other times could experience.
Lovers who demonstrate what still today continues to be a form of love never lost in time.
Being able to recreate the exact image initially elaborated in my head is a unique satisfaction.
