The Harbour - Brand Design

The client's aspiration for The Harbour project was to redefine luxury living in the iconic Sydney Harbour, offering residents an unparalleled experience of modern design, spacious living, and breathtaking waterfront views. The goal was to position The Harbour as a prime residential destination, leveraging its prime location and creating a brand identity that resonates with the exclusivity and beauty of the surroundings. As the project lead for The Harbour's branding and logo design, my primary focus was to translate the client's vision into a visual identity that exuded sophistication. Extensive research was conducted to understand the target demographic, local market dynamics, and the unique selling points of The Harbour. The logo, a blazon symbolizing a combination of anchors and a rudder, was meticulously crafted to represent strength, stability, and the maritime essence of Sydney Harbour living. I worked closely with the client to ensure that the brand narrative was seamlessly integrated into every aspect of the project, from color selection to typography. The marketing collateral and promotional materials were designed to showcase the idyllic setting, modern design features, and the premium residential experience awaiting potential residents.
