I mapped content to key behaviors and created interaction flows using microcopy, gamification, and responsive logic. Each “lesson” needed to teach a concept, reinforce it through activity, and wrap up with self-assessment.
My process included:
Working without final designs, I built the entire content experience from scratch—writing flows, mapping interactions, and shaping the voice of learning on mobile.

From Concept to Capability

I helped shift leadership development from static to interactive, making it easier to scale, update, and adapt across audiences.
