In 2018 Gama Academy was a prominent educational startup for fast-tracking digital skills, forming talents in design, programming, inside sales, and digital marketing. This was a 1-year project to restructure the company's operations, aiming for an exit through acquisition.
During this time I served as COO, the company had 25 employees, many challenges in people, finance, and product, but a promising and valuable educational framework. Within this timeframe, we flipped the scenario and 2 years later Gama Academy was acquired by the second largest educational group in Brazil, at the valuation of 33,5 million BRL.
