A responsive web design for Retail Disputes. One of the most important aspects of the business is dealing with Fraud and Disputes in the transactional space. As such, the design had to be very streamlined to not only be usable and clear to understand visually, but the user journeys had to be tested rigorously to ensure the user experience was watertight. The design had to be considered to work across all breakpoints, and also then be ported across to other internal brands. This meant thinking about creating a Design Library to deal with the scaling which could then form the basis of a Design System going forward.
