This project is tailored for local businesses in competitive industries aiming to establish their presence online.

Project Intro (The Agency):

Tunga is a Rwanda-based agency offering three distinct services:
Real Estate: Helping people find homes and properties in Rwanda.
Car Rentals: Providing vehicles for locals and tourists.
Tourism Tours: Offering curated experiences for visitors exploring Rwanda.
Despite entering a competitive market, Tunga aims to provide convenient and comprehensive solutions for locals and tourists alike.

Problems before the design process

Tunga was starting without an online presence and faced these challenges:
High Local Competition: Competing with established brands across three distinct industries.
No Branding History: Being new to the market, Tunga lacked a recognizable identity.
Broad Service Offering: Managing multiple services on one platform without overwhelming visitors.
No Digital Foundation: Lack of an organized structure for booking meetings or showcasing services online.

Process of the Redesign:

Research & Discovery:
Analyzed Tunga’s competitors in real estate, car rentals, and tourism in Rwanda.
Conducted audience research to understand user needs for each service.
Branding Development:
Created a cohesive brand identity (logo, colors, typography) to differentiate Tunga.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
Designed a clear website structure that organizes the three services effectively.
Responsive Design:
Ensured the site works seamlessly across devices, with a mobile-first approach.
User-Friendly Features:
Integrated booking forms and call-to-action buttons to streamline meeting scheduling.

Cohesive Branding: Developed a modern and professional visual identity to build trust.
Service Categorization: Structured the website into three distinct sections for Real Estate, Car Rentals, and Tourism, ensuring clarity and usability.

Local Focus: Highlighted Tunga’s expertise in Rwanda to build authority in the local market.
