This redesign is part of my Hero Redo Series, where I transform agency hero sections to improve user engagement and drive conversions.
For Jessie.V.B, a lead generation agency serving industry leaders and 7-figure business owners, the goal was to make the hero section more visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused.
Project Intro (The Agency):
Jessie.V.B helps industry leaders and 7-figure business owners build personal brands through organic LinkedIn content. They offer a 100% done-for-you service, managing everything from content creation to strategy.

Problems of the Old Design:

The original hero section had several issues that needed fixing:
No Branding: The hero lacked essential branding elements like a logo, making the agency’s identity unclear.
No Social Proof: There was no use of testimonials, logos, or other forms of social proof to build trust with visitors.
Weak Call-to-Actions (CTA): The hero didn’t have clear CTAs to guide users on what to do next, leading to lower engagement.
Poor Mobile Optimization: The hero wasn’t responsive or optimized for mobile devices, affecting user experience.
No Consistent Typography or Design: The use of fonts and spacing was inconsistent, and modern design trends were not applied.

Process of the Redesign:

Research & Discovery: I reviewed Jessie.V.B’s branding, target audience, and competitors to understand what elements were missing in the hero section.
Wireframing: Developed a wireframe with a stronger layout that incorporated branding elements and a clearer hierarchy.
UI Design: Focused on creating a clean, modern design that was mobile-responsive, with consistent typography and a clear CTA.
Iteration & Feedback: Made adjustments based on design best practices and feedback, ensuring that the new hero aligned with Jessie.V.B’s goals.

Solution:

The new hero section now includes:
Clear Branding: A logo and brand elements were added to reinforce the agency’s identity.
Social Proof: Testimonials and client logos were added to build trust immediately with new visitors.
Strong CTA: The call-to-action was made bold and clear, encouraging users to take the next step in the process.
Responsive Design: The design was optimized for mobile and all devices, ensuring a smooth user experience across platforms.
Modern Typography: Clean, consistent fonts and modern design elements were used to create a professional look.

Results and Impact of the New Design:

Although this is a speculative redesign, the new hero section is expected to:
Boost Brand Recognition: With clear branding and consistent design, Jessie.V.B's visitors will immediately recognize the agency.
Improve Trust: The addition of social proof builds credibility and trust, increasing the likelihood of conversions.
Increase User Engagement: The bold, clear CTA guides users to take action, likely improving the agency’s lead generation efforts.
