Make.com Level 5 Expert & Zapier Certified: Proof, Not Promises

If you are searching Contra for a Make.com expert, a Zapier expert, an n8n developer or an AI agent / AI automation expert, this page exists so you can verify credentials before you message anyone, including me.

Most profiles say "expert". Very few can show a platform saying it about them. Here is exactly what my badges mean, where each one is publicly verifiable, and one measurable fact about how rare this combination is on Contra.

Make.com certifies individuals on a five-level ladder. Levels 1 to 3 cover foundations and intermediate scenario building. Level 4 is Advanced. Level 5 is the top: advanced architecture, error handling, data transformation, API integration and performance optimisation, assessed by Make itself. I hold Level 5, earned in 2024 and recertified in 2026 (certificate ID kxtsttyjyp), and Nex Automations is a listed Make Solutions Partner.

A "partner" badge alone is an agency listing. The Academy badges you often see on marketplace profiles (Foundation, Basic, Intermediate) are levels 1 to 3 of this same ladder. When you compare profiles, ask which rung the badge actually is.

Zapier runs two different programmes and I hold both: Zapier Certified Expert (individual certification, around 180 people worldwide hold it as of 2026) and Solution Partner (agency listing in Zapier's own directory). Certified-and-directory-listed is a different claim from "I know Zapier", and it is checkable in one click.

I searched Contra the way a buyer would: the query "make.com automation expert". In the first 50 profiles returned, mine was the only one carrying Make's Level 5 certification. You can repeat this check yourself today; that reproducibility is the point. I am not the biggest seller on Contra, and profiles with more reviews exist. But if the question is "who has the platform's highest individual certification", the answer set is very small.
