Enthusiast Auto Group — Webflow to Next.js Rebuild

Enthusiast Auto Group is the leading BMW preservation facility in the country: acquisition, restoration, and sale of iconic M cars out of Cincinnati. Webflow could hold the brochure, but not a live vehicle inventory with detail pages, saved-vehicle garages, member accounts, and an editorial section the shop publishes to constantly.
I handled the migration, launch, and setup: rebuilding the site on Next.js, modeling the inventory, services, and editorial content in Payload CMS, backing it with Neon Postgres, wiring Resend for transactional email on inquiries and account mail, and standing up an /admin area the team uses to manage listings and content. The rebuild also brought a round of UI and UX enhancements to the browsing and inquiry flows.

What I delivered

Webflow to Next.js migration with a real inventory catalog, vehicle detail pages, and member accounts
Payload CMS driving inventory, services, and the Under the Hood editorial section
Neon Postgres behind listings, accounts, and saved-vehicle garages
Resend for transactional email on vehicle inquiries and account notifications
A custom /admin area for managing inventory and content post-launch

Migrated a specialist BMW dealer off Webflow onto Next.js, with a Payload-modeled vehicle inventory, member accounts, and transactional email on inquiries.
