Commonwealth Inc. — Webflow to Next.js Migration & Launch

Commonwealth Inc. runs 2.6 million square feet of FDA-registered warehousing and a regional transportation network across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, for names like Pepsi, Starbucks, Georgia-Pacific, and L'Oreal. Their site lived in Webflow, which capped what the team could build and left quoting and content workflows stitched together by hand.
I handled the migration, launch, and setup: rebuilding the site as a Next.js application, modeling every page, location, and industry in Payload CMS, moving content into Neon Postgres, wiring Resend for transactional email on quote requests, and standing up an /admin area for day-to-day backend management. The rebuild carried a round of UI and UX refinements over the Webflow original along the way.

What I delivered

Webflow to Next.js migration, rebuilt page by page with UI and UX refinements throughout
Payload CMS, so marketing edits every page, location, and industry without a developer
Neon Postgres backing content, form submissions, and account data
Resend wired for transactional email on quote requests and form notifications
A custom /admin area for backend management after launch

Migrated a 2.6M sq ft logistics operator off Webflow onto Next.js, with Payload CMS, a Neon Postgres backend, and a custom admin the team runs themselves.
