Took the Figma design system for a national industrial-laundry chemistry company and turned it into a production-ready, Sanity-powered Next.js site the marketing team controls end to end.
Overview
Washing Systems delivers chemistry, data, and service to commercial laundries across North America. The redesign came to me as high-fidelity Figma comps, and my job was to bring it to life in code: a fast, modern marketing site that matches the comps pixel for pixel and gives the marketing team control of every page without waiting on a developer.
The challenge
Translate a detailed Figma design system into a real, maintainable site backed by a flexible CMS. The build had to be faithful to the designs, performant, fully responsive, and structured so a non-technical marketing team could own ongoing updates.
High-fidelity comps in Figma
What I did
Figma to production code. Built every page and component from the high-fidelity comps, matching layout, type, and spacing while keeping the markup clean and responsive.
Structured content modeling. Modeled the product and safety-solution catalog in Sanity so content is reusable, queryable, and easy to extend.
Sanity CMS integration. Wired every section to Sanity so marketing edits each page directly, no code required.
Production build on Next.js. Shipped a fast, modern site on Next.js and TypeScript, responsive across devices.
