Headsup Trading brings the excitement of Forex trading into a real-time betting experience. The app allows users to place bids, select currency pairs, and manage their trades with key controls like Stop Loss and Take Profit—aiming to maximize PIPs and win the pot.

With options to bid in various amounts, from $5 to $10,000, and set time slots for trades, Headsup Trading makes the Forex market accessible to both new and experienced users in a streamlined, engaging way.

The original concept was to develop a real-time, Forex-based betting system where users could experience trading dynamically with a competitive edge. The app centers on enabling users to bid and engage in matches, capitalizing on quick decision-making while fostering a controlled trading experience.

The HeadsUp Trading logo I designed embodies the dynamic nature of Forex trading with a clean, professional look. Featuring a stylized candlestick chart and an upward-trending line, it captures the real-time market movement and the app's goal of maximizing gains. The blue and gold color scheme enhances trust and appeal, making it approachable yet authoritative for traders of all levels.

I developed a comprehensive app architecture, mapping out primary sections and flow, with a particular focus on the bid placement and trading control features. By prioritizing simplicity and intuitiveness, the architecture supports quick access to bidding, trade control, and results tracking, ensuring that the user can focus on optimizing their strategy.

To maintain consistency, I created a design system encompassing all components with usage guidelines. This ensures the interface is cohesive, promoting usability across the app.

My client valued my creative freedom throughout the project, allowing me to explore innovative ideas that added value to the app. The collaborative process enabled us to create an experience that aligns with the client’s vision while meeting users' needs.

The HeadsUp Trading app is currently in development, with an MVP (minimum viable product) planned for release in early spring. The MVP will include bidding, Stop Loss/Take Profit controls, and real-time tracking features. Following the MVP launch, future updates will introduce more advanced features, including social sharing options, a friend-based leaderboard, and extended privacy settings.
