Design a calm, trust led landing page for people with sensitive and reactive skin, optimized for paid traffic and first time visitors.

My Role
Page Strategy
Structured a low friction, soothing flow tailored to sensitive skin buyers. The journey moves from a problem led hook to reassurance, benefits, ingredient transparency, and a soft call to action.
Copywriting
Wrote gentle, benefit focused copy that minimizes fear, avoids aggressive claims, and speaks to skin comfort, recovery, and long term care.
Conversion UX
Designed soft CTAs, trust signals, and scannable benefit clusters to guide hesitant users without pressure or urgency.
Design Direction
Led visual hierarchy, calming color choices, and mobile first responsiveness using PageDeck’s modular layout system.
Purpose
Create a trust led, conversion focused landing page for people with sensitive skin who are exhausted by irritation, flare ups, and overactive skincare products. The page needed to feel calm, safe, and credible while guiding first time visitors toward exploration and purchase.
Problem
Most skincare landing pages rely on bold claims, visual clutter, and urgency driven CTAs. For sensitive skin users, this approach increases anxiety and hesitation. NURELLE needed a landing page that reduced doubt, clearly explained benefits, and reassured users without overwhelming them.
My Approach
I designed a soft conversion experience that leads with empathy, not pressure.
The hero section immediately establishes safety and suitability.
The copy acknowledges common skin reactions before introducing gentle solutions.
Benefits are grouped into hydration, soothing, and barrier repair for easy scanning.
Ingredient transparency is introduced early to build trust with ingredient conscious buyers.
CTAs use calm, inviting language aligned with the emotional state of the audience.
Outcome
The final landing page positions NURELLE as a gentle, reliable solution for sensitive skin.
Visitors quickly understand who the product is for, why it is safe, and how it helps.
The layout guides users from reassurance to confidence, increasing engagement and shop intent without relying on urgency or hype.
Next Steps
Use this page as the core asset for paid traffic and influencer campaigns.
