Toolshed is actively engaged in a comprehensive overhaul and enhancement of Neutral's internal Retool applications. Our contributions include:

Diagnostic & Optimization: Systematically identifying and rectifying bugs, and meticulously analyzing existing workflows to pinpoint and implement streamlining opportunities.

Retool Environment Revitalization: Proactively addressing and cleaning up potentially "messy builds," suggesting and implementing structural improvements to their Retool architecture for better scalability and maintainability.

User-Centric Enhancements: Redesigning data layouts for improved clarity and intuitive navigation, ensuring that internal tools are highly usable and accessible, even for team members without technical backgrounds.

Feature Development & Integration: Building new, targeted features and critical integrations within Retool to unlock new operational capabilities and support Neutral's decision-making processes across their ground-up multifamily projects.

Empowering Sustainable Development: Our Retool expertise is being applied to create a more robust and efficient operational backbone, directly supporting Neutral’s focus on mass timber construction and achieving rigorous sustainability certifications (Passive House, Living Building Challenge, LEED, Energy Star).
