As the driving force behind Hero Cycles' mission to enhance efficiency and productivity, I spearheaded the implementation of a groundbreaking Dealer Onboarding Management System leveraging Salesforce.
With over 20,000 dealers nationwide, Hero Cycles needed a solution that seamlessly integrated with their existing ERP system, SAP, to streamline order processing. Leveraging my expertise, I designed a robust system where orders were punched directly into Salesforce and seamlessly pipelined into SAP, ensuring smooth inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
To empower Hero Cycles' sales team with advanced tools for performance tracking, I crafted a Sales Activity Tracker on the Salesforce platform. This tracker featured a sophisticated check-in/check-out functionality based on geolocation, enabling real-time monitoring of sales activities. Sales representatives could effortlessly record expenditures and obtain manager approval, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a culture of accountability.
Through my comprehensive Salesforce integration, Hero Cycles achieved unprecedented levels of efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction. As the architect of this transformative project, I continue to support Hero Cycles in their journey towards excellence and innovation.
