Producing photoreal, shoppable 3D product pages normally requires specialist capture workflows, GPU infrastructure, and significant 3D-artist time.
What I built
I designed and implemented an end-to-end capture-to-commerce pipeline: phone video capture, COLMAP reconstruction, Nerfstudio Gaussian Splatting training, browser-based editing, export bundling, and Shopify publishing.
The platform combines a React 19 and Three.js viewer with a FastAPI backend, async GPU jobs through Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3-compatible storage, and Stripe wiring. It is architected for multi-tenant isolation and streams long-running job progress to the frontend.
Outcome
The closed-beta pipeline produces a shoppable 3D viewer and AR-ready asset bundle from a short phone capture. Architecture documentation, production-gap tracking, baseline benchmarks, and the roadmap are maintained alongside the implementation.
This is an independent product build currently in closed beta.
