What started as a request to “make it look better” quickly turned into something much bigger.

NachoNacho – a San Francisco–based startup reshaping how businesses manage SaaS subscriptions – first approached us for a visual refresh. New UI, improved branding, tighter visuals. But as we dug in, it became clear: a better-looking surface wouldn’t solve what was actually slowing them down.

So we did what we always do – we asked better questions.

Why do users drop off? What value are they not seeing? Where is the story unclear? And what’s getting in the way of their growth?

Instead of a quick facelift, we rebuilt the experience from the ground up. We ran UX tests, reshaped the structure, refined the message, and realigned every screen with what the platform really delivers. We didn’t chase pixel-perfect trends – we made things work. Then made them feel right.

What came out of it? A new brand, new product experience, and a new website that users actually understand. Clearer onboarding. Better conversion. Real traction. Increased cash flow. And a lot more pride in what they’re building.

Because design shouldn’t just get you users. It should make you proud to show up every day.
