Evai is a Chatbot that works 100% offline.
This requires running LLMs locally on the device, which is possible, but not super stable.
I had to do a lot of R&D to see what could work and on which device to have the best experience, when possible.
I struggled for many days but I could find a way to make it work smoothly for the user.
The app is developed in native iOS with Swift and SwiftUI and uses some C++ libraries.
