ReOrc is an enterprise-grade AI data company helping global organizations transform scattered, complex data into reliable insights and automated actions. Their AI agents - working 24/7 across dashboards, workflows, and systems - bring accuracy, trust, and scalability to enterprise analytics.
The Lumen team was invited to revamp ReOrc’s website and migrate their digital presence to Webflow, creating a flexible platform that reflects their maturity as a fast-growing tech brand and empowers their team to manage and scale content internally.
The new ReOrc website represents a synergy between design sophistication and technical precision.
ReOrc came to Lumen with three goals
Modernize the website to better tell their story as a category-defining AI platform.
Create a Webflow system that’s easy for their marketing and product teams to manage.
Develop a visual identity that feels human, credible, and innovative — avoiding the cold, hyper-technical look common in the SaaS and AI space.
The challenge was to strike a delicate balance: build trust with enterprise clients while keeping an approachable tone that celebrates ReOrc’s human-centered view of data and intelligence.
Design direction - "Humanized SaaS"
Our visual direction took inspiration from nature and sensory design, softening the perception of artificial intelligence. Subtle imagery evokes systems growing organically - a metaphor for how ReOrc’s AI agents work quietly beneath the surface to maintain performance and stability.
We created a style guide that blends sleek typographic precision with nature-inspired imagery and organic shapes, giving ReOrc a distinct identity among data-driven brands. Each design choice is deliberate: low-saturation color tones for clarity, balanced whitespace for breathability, and structured imagery to mirror ReOrc’s organized intelligence.
“Humanized SaaS” became the guiding creative idea — translating technical depth into intuitive visual storytelling.

Visual language - Illustrating the invisible
Data systems and AI agents are inherently abstract, which made illustration design one of the most challenging aspects of this project.
Our task was to visualize how ReOrc’s products work without oversimplifying or overwhelming visitors. The solution: a clean, modular illustration system that:
Distills complex AI workflows into clear, digestible visuals.
Layout quietly guides the viewer from problem to outcome.
Maintains technical accuracy through close collaboration with ReOrc’s team, ensuring credibility while staying visually light.
The result is an interface where each illustration functions as both an explanation and an aesthetic detail - translating complex AI logic into visual clarity.

Webflow development - Control and scalability
ReOrc’s new website was built fully in Webflow, giving their internal team complete independence over content updates and launches.
We developed a flexible CMS architecture that hosts case studies, product pages, and future content structures with ease - enabling ReOrc’s marketing team to experiment, scale, and iterate in real time.
Each page was optimized for performance and structure, ensuring that complex information flows naturally whether viewed by a data engineer, CEO, or investor.
Crafted to build trust with enterprise clients while clearly communicating ReOrc’s value to diverse audiences.
