Wyoming REALTORS: Member Website Staff Can Run, in Wix Studio
Wyoming REALTORS is the statewide association for REALTOR members in Wyoming. It speaks for the industry at the legislature, upholds the code of ethics, runs a conference and keeps the forms and dues information members reach for all year. In CEO Nicole Novotny Smith's words, it is "a small non-profit organization", and its website carries a lot of that work.
When Nicole and I first talked, she named two needs. Members and the local boards had to find forms, directories and documents quickly. And the site had to be something she and her staff could keep current on their own as people, benefits and wording changed.
I rebuilt the site in Wix Studio around those two needs in 2025.

Does your association's site depend on one person who knows how it works?
I'll build one your staff can update themselves. Book a call at cal.com/andres-sepulveda-morales or email andres@redmage.cc.
Built for the people who keep it current
The association already hosted with Wix, so I built in Wix Studio. That kept the site on an account the staff already managed, and when the build was done I transferred ownership to an association login.
Wix Studio gives designers fine control over layout and gives editors a plain editor for the words and images. I set it up so staff change text, photos and blog posts in that editor without touching the layout, then trained them on it. A staff member has been editing the site directly in Wix Studio since, and the association sets its own launch date for the move from the old site. You can look around the new site's preview.
The public side: buyers, renters and sellers get their own path, with quick links to find a REALTOR or a home.
Built for members finding things
The menu splits the site by who is asking. "Buyers / Renters / Sellers" covers the public: how to work with a Wyoming REALTOR, the state's real estate law, and how to raise an ethics complaint. "For REALTOR Members" holds what members come back for: Membership + Dues, Forms, Ethics + Compliance, Conference, Advocacy, and Affiliates + Partners. Search sits in the header.
A member on the road often needs to check one thing quickly, so the pages are laid out for a phone as well as a desktop. Images carry alt text, and the menu and search controls are labelled for screen readers.

What came next
The website was my first project with the association. It later had me automate its legislative outreach, keeping member records in step between NAR and VoterVoice with n8n: Automation of Legislative Outreach for Wyoming REALTORS. Nicole also introduced me to Altitude Real Estate, a Wyoming brokerage whose site I built next.
